"Cardiac Care Unit - Excellent"

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital / Cardiology

The CCU Team at EDGH provided me with second to none support, care and empathy during the build up, planning, admission and procedure for a replacement Defibrillator/Pacemaker (ICD).

Although a routine procedure for the team, my anxieties and concerns were dealt with in detail and with great understanding. I was kept fully informed before and after the procedure, with great recovery care by the nurses.
