"Kind and Professional FPH"

About: Frimley Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

My husband and I came to A&E on 9 February, we were treated with dignity and kindness from the word go. The receptionist was smiley and efficient and we were called within 3 minutes of arriving. The nurse was lovely and explained everything they were doing and kept reassuring us. The doctor who treated my husband, what a asset he is to FPH, they were kind and courteous throughout and explained in great detail what and why they were doing. The whole experience yesterday was in total contrast to the current media reports being circulated. My husband was admitted and again everyone we came into contact with was kind and professional, despite being extremely busy. Thank you to everyone involved in Brian's care yesterday and continues.
