What I liked

I recently visited the Vascular Unit at the Victoria Hospital for treatment to a varicose vein which was causing concern and very painful.

The clinician said although I had 'signifigant varicose veins' that in his opinion they were not bad enough to treat.

I find this summing up quite unacceptable and perhaps, had I been younger and a woman, I might have received the treatment that I need.

What could be improved

Provide treatment regardless of age or sex and when it so obviously is needed as in my case.
