I read with extreme interest the article in today's Sunday Express 13-04-2008

Regarding your treatment for macular degeneration, and the implant of a lens system for each eye.

I have suffered with this condition for many years, and reading about the work you do at the The Yorkshire Hospital, has given me new hope,maybe you could help me?

I am currently being treated at Hallamshire Hospital Sheffield. Can you advise me what I need to do to obtain an appointment with the Yorkshire Hospital?
