What I liked

Really pleased with quick referral time 9 days from GP to consultant. Clean spacious hospital with helpful staff. Medical staff (nurses, doctors and technicians) very thorough. I was very impressed with the service provided - was even better than my experience of going private! If only the rest of the NHS was like this - thank you.

What could be improved

Some of the signs in the hospital were confusing, as 'outpatients' wasn't clearly labelled. However staff were on hand to point me in the right direction.

We would agree that it can be difficult to find specific areas within Queen Mary's. We have full-time reception staff and volunteers in our entrance areas to assist anyone who needs directions, and a map of the hospital can be found by following the link below.
