What I liked

Within the past year I have been to the Eye OP dept and had a colonooscopy. Both times I had excellent treatment in pleasant surroundings and the staff could not have been kinder or better.

I was especially impressed with receiving copies of letters to GPs afterwards, but being given a printed, illustrated report from the colonoscopy on discharge.
