I went there with a pain behind my ear caused by a ear wax, i was loosing my equilibrium and i was requesting a removal of it as i was also half deaf. All went well at reception, then i was seen by a staff member who told me i will say to my colleagues to solve your issue. Unfortunately when i was called into second room where i expect the removal of ear wax there i got an answer like "we sorry we don`t do this, just wait until Monday to see your GP and until then take pain killers but do not overdose it!" So far n the situation i`ve been i should go at work and it could cost me an accident during to my incapacity of orientation. So far my only choice left was to leave the hospital with a big disappointment.
Ear wax removal is a 5 minutes process but well, we just pay our taxes and we get advice's instead of proper help.
"Disappointed"
