we were seen quickly and the doctor was very nice

What could be improved

while attending a&e on friday 4th april we were dismayed at the dirt in the treatment room there was dust and dirt everywhere, especially on the phone(how many people touch this) fluids on the walls and blood speckles on the sink only our son was very ill we would have left straight away we understand that a&e is a busy place but that is still no excuse for dirty rooms that look like they havent been cleaned in a good while.

i work in the restaurant/hotel trade and if our areas arent up to scratch then we either get fined or get closed down totally unacceptable.
