"Poor service run by poor people"

About: Cirencester Hospital

Hospital phoned me to book an appointment at 1050am for 10th February 2017 (i.e. tomorrow) and said they would send a confirmation letter through.

No confirmation letter sent so I have no idea where I am going, who I am seeing or what department it is.

The reception on the phone was clueless.

The problem with the NHS is that people are only working there now for key worker status and getting a house under the key worker scheme.

They no longer care about people or a provision of service, unless you are rich or are related to somebody who works at the NHS.
