What I liked
I had hip resurfacing and a TKR. Both were arranged swiftly (28 days from seeing consultant) and the surgery, aftercare, patient support and cleanliness were excellent. Food was very good.
What could be improved
Staff appear to work extremely long hours. It's to their credit that in spite of this, they remain so effective and caring.
Patient line radio / TV / phone constantly defeats even the staff. Awful. Any gadget that makes intelligent people say "I'm no good with gadgets" has to be a rubbish gadget.
