What I liked

My treatment at the out-patient at the Haematology Department was first class. I was given blood tests, a heart test and xrays without any significant waiting times.

The doctor providing the consultantation was excellent. All staff were friendly and provided a great service.

What could be improved

Provide more information on the initial letter about how to provide urine and other samples (e.g. I was told the sample bottle was not sterile and I had to provide another sample during my visit).
