What I liked

I have been attending the Breast clinics on a regular basis for 10 years. I have been very satified with my treatment, dealings with staff and the waiting time is ususally reasonable. I feel staff respond well if I have to alter appointments and will try to arrange an earlier appointment if necessary. I like the fact the hospital is small and freindly and easy to park and access the services.

I feel the hospital is to be congratulated.

What could be improved

I have not been satisfied when I have had to attend other hospitals, such as Royal Blackburn. They are far too impersonal with long waiting times.
