"Information after surgery was lacking"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I went to the Women's Health Care Daycare Unit for treatment for Hysteroscopy and for a biopsy. The nursing care was very good, but, there was not enough information given after surgery. I would like to have known what they found the what the next steps would be.

Car parking could have been better. However, it was clean and I was treated with respect and dignity.

Thank you for your comments and we are pleased you were happy with the nursing care and cleanliness. Car parking can be a problem, especially at busy times, and we encourage people to use public transport or get dropped off if possible. We are sorry that you feel you did not have enough information following your surgery and will pass your comments on to the unit.
