What I liked

After being a visitor to a patient at the Royal Oldham Hospital, I refused to be treated there due to the poor cleaning and apparent lack of interest from the staff there. Due to this my GP referred me to Highfield. Once there I was relieved to see how clean the hospital was. All the staff that I met were very friendly and helpful despite being there over christmas (Just 1 night).

I still have to go for outpatient treatment, and still find the staff to be skilled and friendly which gives me confidence in the hospitals ability to treat me.

If only all hospitals could be like this.
