quite clean ...early days...my sister is only been there a week

What could be improved

A bug today...hosp. closed...sign on door said contact one of the staff...How???when you're outside the door and no one answers the bell...bell button not push type so you don't know if it's working...frustrating...banged and banged and eventually someone opened the door...Big problem..COMMUNICATION to patients and visitors...Parking a problem but that's not your fault...My sister feels she may be being ignored at times because she's complained???hope not...make allowances please...she's got Parkinsons and has always been very active ..she needs understanding...Thank you
