What I liked

I have just returned home after a knee replacement operation which went exactly as I was told it would do. From the moment of arrival until my discharge I was treated as an individual and not just a number. The staff were friendly but not familiar and made our stay as enjoyable as possible. Everybody from bottom to top did all they could for us. The food was good - there was a choice - and plenty of cups of tea and coffee - there was even a free daily paper. If I had paid to go privately it would have been difficult to get better treatment. Well done,Barlborough - with grateful thanks, Sheila Lomas

What could be improved

Very little - perhaps some warmer water in the toilets - although I do understand the health and safety implications - apart from that you are doing a sterling job - thank you, Sheila lomas.
