What I liked
Despite pressure of numbers Staff were very helpful.
What could be improved
I was asked about Marital Status and was told that the reply "civil partner" could not be accommodated. Actually NHS form DSC 12/2006 specifies that "M" should be used for Married/Civil Partner.
