What I liked

The nursing staff were fabulous across the board. I felt 'cared for' whilst an in-patient and this continued through my weeks of aftercare. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was wonderful as was the coffee!

What could be improved

The resident in charge of my ward overnight was not impressive. Diagnosed my pain in the dark from the doorway of my room and prescribed a painkiller contra indicated with drugs I was already taking! I complained and it was checked by the lovely nurse with the pharmacist and the pain killer immediately changed. This could have been bad if patient was elderly or less informed.
