What could be improved

Dear Sir / Madam, I used St James today as part of a day training course. I used the cafe at lunch time which served excellent food at very reasonable cost. What I found most disturbing though was the fact that the central heating was pumping out hot air whilst every window in the cafe was wide open. In this day and age of global warming and fuel consevation (also the huge cost to the NHS) I find this quite unacceptable.

Surely there is a way of regulating the central heating temperature and if not, why not? I look forward to your comments.
