"A Catalogue of Mismanagement and a Waste of NHS..."

Having benefited from pain relieving steroid injections for many years, I have now had to endure this further hurdle, MSK Bedfordshire to be referred back to my Consultant for further treatment for an old injury. I appreciate that it makes sense to screen patients and undertake diagnostic procedures before they get access to a busy Consultant, but this Organisation CIRCLE MSK Bedford is so inefficient that I wonder whether the creation of this impasse has been deliberate to save NHS money, in the hope that people will give up, pay for their own treatment in the meantime. Their standards of call and case handling are so appalling that even Sky and Scottish Power look good by comparison. Patients are customers after all and I can't believe that I would write this review, because the conspiracy theory sounds ridiculous, but it is nearly a year now since my GP referred me and I still have not see the right Consultant and am in constant pain.
