What I liked
I had knee surgery on 9/9/2007 as a day patient. This was my first ever operation. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The building was bright, uncluttered and looked spotless.
All of this helped put me at ease. I arrived at 07.45 and was back at home by 12.00.
