We wish to express our thanks and gratitude for the care that our son recieved following a heart attack at home, The ambulance crew came quickly and were professional, friendly and reassuring - even staying until they knew that the operation had gone well. When we arrived at the Coronary Catheter Care unit staff were waiting and in less than 1 hour our son had had a life saving operation. All the staff involved were and continued to be of the highest standard. The level of efficiency and clinical excellence is a benchmark for how we would all like our NHS to be. Thank you.
