What could be improved
Sirs,
I doubt this will do any good either, I have been trying for several days to make an appointment to have a blood test, so far to no avail. The departments phone is permanently busy as is the main switch board. Why has a perfectly good working ticket system been replaced with an appointment system which you can not make because no one will answer the phones. I am a wharferin taker who works full time, also a JP. My next test is due 1st October. I am in court that day and want an 07.30 appointment. No one will speak to be which in its self isn't good for high blood pressure.
What the hecks going on?
