I had excellent treatment at PRI, and was most impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of all the staff I met.

Hello

It was ward 7, orthopaedic. Everyone I met, whilst being treated and having surgery was helpful, and explained things well. My impression was of a really well run hospital, as staff throughout the buildings, such as porters, and reception staff were pleasant and thoughtful, and volunteer staff such as the library and newspaper service provided a very welcome addition to my stay. The food was also very good, with a range of healthy choices. Thanks to all, and especially for all your specialist skills in repairing and getting me moving again on my broken leg!
