What I liked
Incredibly clean, with friendly, knowledgable staff. Great atmosphere, treated practically as a family member in terms of wanting the best for you.
What could be improved
Hand hygiene wasn's as hot as I anticipated with the staff visiting my bed, plus there were no hand hygiene points (sure, there are sinks with soap, but no alcohol rub) around like in NHS hospitals.
