What I liked

I am a Hepatitis c patient at this hospital, and the treatment I recieve is 2nd to none. The specailist hepatology and viral unit is well staffed with friendly well experienced staff. The waiting list for treatment is incredibly small and all cases are dealt with swiftly and effectively.

If you have a similar condition get referred here ASAP, i was at another hospital in the west country, and they told me they couldnt treat me till i was "chronic", which basically means almost to late. The treatment here has reinstilled my faith in the NHS.

What could be improved

yes its a busy hospital, that could well do with a multi million pound face lift, but hello, its in Paddington, in one of the mostly densly populated areas of the country.

It could do with a lick of paint, but unless we all put our hands in our pockets it aint gonna happen, stop moaning people and start fund raising, or go private if you want anything better!
