What I liked
I imagine my situation is not unique, I live far away and would like to be able to write to my father whilst he is in hospital. (Recently Axminster now Seaton) As with many of his age group letters seem to be an important part of his life. The alternative is to phone.
I would assume phoning, getting the patient to the phone and the staff involvement, especially at busy times can be an annoyance. The point of this letter is to suggest making
email addresses available at your hospitals. Printing off the email and when passing the ward dropping it off with the patient would surely benefit all. Just an idea and no complaints at all regarding the great work you do. Best regards, Colin
