"I never knew hospital stays could be like this"

I have had lots of major operations over the years and lengthy stays, but I never knew that a hospital could have such lovely staff, all of them! (not just the odd one). I've never felt in such good hands. Everyone, receptionists, nurses, catering staff, theatre staff and my consultant were all fantastic. The hospital facilities were amazing and the staff even better. They took fantastic care of me, I'm normally petrified of being in hospital, but I was amazed at how relaxed I felt and I was confident that they were all very good at their jobs and had my best interests at heart. I even received a good luck message from all the staff. I am 81 and can honestly say that all hospitals should be as fantastic at this one! My family agree with me too, as my carers they are used to being at the hospital for hours without a drink or anything, but not here, carers/family are looked after just as well.
