What could be improved

What is the point of a web site which will not tell a visitor the telephone number or give information about visiting hours? Already my brother has arrived to be told he couldn't come in because it was five o'clock. Does the whole family have to try visiting at randon hours so that we can find out when we can visit? Ringing the hospital (transferred from West Cornwall Hospital) gets us only a ringing tone but the phone is never answered. I will answer regarding other things when i have actually managed to get nto the hospital to see the patient i am trying to visit!
