Skilled and efficient but not at the expense of the caring and personable patient care that I received in the Cardiac Diagnostic Centre.

Whilst waiting, I noted how without exception they greeted each patient in a professional and engaging manor, consistently making the effort to put each patient at ease.

Two of the team were brilliant in carrying out my echo test, giving clear explanations of the process in a friendly manor. Their commitment to my health care and dealing with me as a person rather than a symptom was obvious and appreciated.

The culture of care and commitment of the whole team demonstrated that I was in safe hands when I decided to recover a bit in the main waiting room.

A nurse, who it turns out was on study leave rather than duty, spoke with me; kept an eye on me and quickly summoned help when I felt faint.

It was nothing serious but I was so impressed and appreciative of how a number of the team gathered and quickly worked together to ensure this was the case.

I was impressed, their patient care was outstanding and really appreciated.
