"Overall good experience"

I had visited an ENT specialist and I have to say they made me feel very comfortable and reassured. Having sever hypochondria and excessive worry about my health I was expecting the consultant to be impatient and judgmental like a lot of the doctors are at times. The consultant made me feel at ease. Very professional and did thorough checks and spoke very kindly. Thank you for being patient with me. Overall good experience. The only thing I would say is the receptionists weren't very warm and friendly that day- apart from that.. very happy!
