"Helpful, friendly though stumbling"

I've seen this practice change in many ways over 35 years, not always for the better. All the staff are friendly and come across as conscientious, though seem over stretched and can be prone to error, though the problems might be due to short budgeting and cost cutting. The only real downside is time of wait you can sometimes experience with the GP of choice and the lottery of getting an on the day appointment. I sympathise with the possible forthcoming NHS changes for the surgery and am sure, regardless of faults, the public appreciate the practice and what they do and provide, and only hope its an uphill route to success
