"Useless"

About: Edgbaston Hospital

My appointment to see a consultant has been cancelled 4 times since December. I am always given the same excuse. The consultant does not care neither do the staff.

I'm sure I could be referred to another consultant within the hospital because it is obvious the consultant who keeps cancelling my appointments has other things on their mind.

Definitely not patients.

I now have another 5 week wait.
