I started CBT therapy having no expectations. My therapist asked if I knew how CBT worked. I said no, I wasn’t curious at all because I thought that nothing could possibly help me. I was grieving, depressed and anxious. I felt I wasn’t ready to address my problems but my therapist gave me support, confidence and hope. He had patience with me allowing my own rhythm to recovery. He helped me gain control over my emotions and taught me how to tackle ruminative thoughts. I would highly recommend Thomas as a brilliant CBT therapist.
