Impressed with the professionalism of all nursing and registrar staff, who gave one confidence in explaining the procedures, the subsequent delivery and were able to answer follow-up queries, though there was not always sufficient time for that, due to the departments high workload and throughput e.g. for the colonoscopy. I would particularly wish to convey thanks to my doctor, who did indeed give of their time in discussion not only the results of the various investigations but also was able to reassure me in regard to queries following my diagnosed metastatic prostate cancer.
