"A&E, Orthopaedic ICU and Trauma Ward East"

I cannot thank all the staff at RSCH enough for the way they have looked after my elderly Grandmother. They way they were able to overcome issues with her hearing, by writing down all the facts for her to read in A &E. She was treated with dignity, kindness and professionalism at all times and offered the best care available for her injuries. The staff team were also respectful of her wishes regarding treatment. From the ambulance crew who were in first attendance, to the specialist spinal unit from Gatwick, to A and E staff and everyone in ICU and Trauma Ward E, to the Palliative Care Team, Discharge Coordinators, everyone who does the catering and keeps the hospital running smoothly, you are all amazing!
