"Outpatient Visit to Day Surgery Unit Monday..."

About: Royal Surrey County Hospital / Urology

I had an appointment for a Cystoscopy - traffic was appalling and I was late but staff were very understanding. I cannot praise highly enough every member of staff there. Friendly, courteous, made me feel at ease and not just another patient - what a great team of truly professional people! We are very very lucky to have the Royal Surrrey. All I can say is 'thank you'.
