What I liked

i have been receiving treatment for about four years and i have always found the staff to be cheerful, helpful, and kind and very professional in the way they conduct themselves. They also always look smart and well turned out. All of the staff, ie doctors, physios, nursing staff, admin, reception, ambulance crew go out of their way to be helpful and considerate. Thank you.

What could be improved

the standard of cleaning leaves much to be desired, i am talking about all of the hospital, both as a visitor and a patient i see lots of dust, dirty walls, items on the floor/under furniture lying about.

We are commited to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all our hospital sites and, occasionally, when ward stock deliveries are made there is a period where empty boxes are set aside for porters to collect. We will ensure your feedback is passed to our portering department and every effort is made to collect these items in a timely manner.

We are also aware of the perception marks on walls give patients and visitors. Often these have resulted from moving beds and heavy equipment and we have an ongoing upkeep programme to ensure, where appropriate, walls are painted and damaged fascias replaced.
