"Thank you to the staff of Chester out of hours GP service"

I would like to thank the staff at the Chester out of hours GP service for their swift, efficient service.

In May when my knee clicked out of place I was seen within an hour of my phone call to them. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even though I was in a state of panic they helped me feel relaxed and reassured.

The only bad bit was when I received my bill for £7.20. I have found paying this very difficult. They will not accept payment by phone, and it took me numerous phone calls to try to find where to post the cheque.
