"Human kindness I will never forget"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital

(as a friend),

I was attending a course at the Golden Jubilee last week when I learned the horrific news that my friend had been taken into hospital with a cardiac added and was on life support.

I found the Spiritual Care and Translation Services Centre and was met by a kind and compassionate member of staff who offered me a place to sit.

I asked for a Bible and he provided one. I was obviously in distress and he took time to listen to my pain and offer human kindness I will never forget. I think I probably made him late to get home but he seemed most willing to stay to make sure I was ok. Thank you.

Dear Brokenhearted

We are very sorry to hear about your friend.

We are glad to hear that our services - and in particular a member of our staff - were able to provide comfort and support for you during this very difficult time.

If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know.

Kind regards

Christine
