"Unprofessional and rude"

About: Queen's Hospital / Gynaecology

They have messed up with my appointments. They hardly ever send appointment letter informing when my appointments are which means i have to keep calling GP and Queens appointments number. Appointments department is useless and gave me bad information twice. To sum up I have been waiting over 4 months to be seen. Cancer history in my family. Got same symptoms my grandmother (rip) had when she had cancer. They simply don't care. They don't reply to emails. I don't know why I pay anything to the NHS.
