"One star is too many!"

Where is the help when patients and their family are crying out for it??

My sister was admitted after trying to take her life. Whilst in there voluntarily she tried to end her life. She was sectioned and tried to end her life. Less than 24 hours later she is deemed fit to go home???

She has told staff and family that she will end her life as soon as she is discharged. Thanks for all your help and support. I guess I'll get to meet you all at her inquest!

I am sorry you and your sister feel you have had such a poor service from our inpatient service. Your concerns have been sent to the wards and discussed further and they are concerned that is how you both feel .They have asked me to ask you in this response if you could contact the ward concerned to discuss you and your sisters concerns further to see if they can be resolved in some way

Please if you feel this is not what you want to do contact our PALS service where you will be given support to discuss concerns and options to find a way forward to resolve them.
