I gave birth to my daughter by elective cesarean section on 24/1/2017. From the moment we arrived on the ward we were treated with warmth and professionalism. We were kept informed about everything that was going to happen and given the chance to ask questions and voice any concerns. The ward and delivery suite were both clean and well organised. After spending the whole time being nervous and worked up about having a cesarean I was made to feel relaxed and cared for by the theatre team and delivery ward staff. The whole time I was in theatre the staff were calm and professional. After spending a long time worried about a cesarean delivery I can honestly say the whole experience has left me feeling positive and grateful that I was able to deliver my daughter in a great environment. Thank you to everyone involved.
"Excellent care from both delivery and ward..."
