"Praise the thanks for the Archway Centre"

Whenever I visit the Archway Centre, all of the staff on reception are friendly, efficient and extremely competent. The staff have had to deal with me in difficult circumstances, when I have been very emotional and disorganised and have always been lovely.

The Archway Centre has proven to be a wonderful resource for me, and I want the Foundation Trust and public to know how grateful I am for its existence and its lovely and dedicated staff.

Thank you for your very kind comments - all of our staff want to do their best for the people who come to Archway, and it is great to hear that the reception staff have been helpful to you - I will pass on your comments to the team.

We have introduced improvements based on previous feedback and the Team are delighted to see that this has had such a positive impact for our service users. I hope that things are progressing well for you, and thank you again.
