"Rude and upsetting experience in Royal Gwent A&E"

As i was not able to get an appointment with my GP for another week, i resorted to the A&E department of the Royal Gwent Hospital. I was waiting for around 45minutes watching people go in to see the nurse, of which, people who had booked in after me. When i finally got called in to see the nurse, i was consulted by a very stroppy nurse who very strictly told me i was to see my GP NOT come to A&E as they are ''of course the accident and EMERGENCY department'' this was deffinately not a good first impression. When i was also told that i ''OBVIOUSLY don't run or jog'' i was not at all pleased with the service this nurse was providing. Very rude and very upsetting!
