(as a carer),

I would just like to say thank you to all the staff in ward 4 at the hospital for the exceptional care given to my mum recently and if I was being picky I would say that more staff are needed to care for the elderly patients

I am sorry to hear that your Mum had to be admitted to hospital, however I am pleased to read that she received exceptional care.

I will ensure that your comments are shared with the staff in Ward 4 and will pass on your comment about staffing levels to the General Manager.
