Firstley I would like to thank the falisters from the overview they gave in North Wales yesterday at Glyndwr University Wrexham.

And say how much I feel this would benfit services users in Wales, as this would address some of the short fall and give people a much needid voice in getting their issues across where they would feel someone was lising to them.

For me being a service user rep it was one of the few events where I felt it was a step forward in a postive direction, and it was not a waite and see work shop Etc.

Their where some issues around making it a nationwide services but I feel it's such a good model these can be overcome and adaped to work as well in Wales, I pray this is the case.
