"First glance of the Birmingham Super Hospital"

My girlfriend visited this hospital a few weeks ago, and I say visited because she wasn't admitted until silly hours of the morning because they appeared to have forgotten all about her. The place seemed very unorganised and the some on the staff were unbelievable. I found some of the staff's approach to other patients terrible and they were far from professional..

There was one member of staff who made me quite angry due to their 'I hate this place - I hate you - I hate life' attitude.

Although we had such a negative experience with the staff we met and the general organisation, the building was very impressive, though I hardly think that is one of the main priorities when it comes to the health care sector.

In the most politest way of saying it.. I think this is a case of more money than brains.
