I think my doctor, Dr Bradshaw at Seabank Surgery, Prestatyn, is very nice and he has a very sunny disposition. The layout of the surgery is odd as the waiting area is far too big with chairs all around the egdes, can't you use this space better?
Also, there is an empty retail unit attached to the surgery, why can't this be a chemist?
... and, access could be improved by putting a gate opposite the main entrance.
