"all departments excellent"

During the last five years I have had successful treatment, including surgery and radiotherapy for throat cancer, and excellent support from the ENT department. I also had nerve conduction tests on my arm. I have recently been diagnosed with a tumour on my lung, and am currently waiting for a biopsy after several scans. In each case, the consultants were courteous and encouraging, taking time to explain the illness, the treatment and the probable outcome. I could not recommend Sunderland Royal more highly.
